2. Service Agreements
Bookings are confirmed once you receive written or verbal confirmation. Prices may be adjusted if property conditions differ from what was described during booking. Clients must ensure that proper access to the property is available at the scheduled time.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide safe and unobstructed access to all windows
• Remove fragile or valuable items near work areas
• Secure pets
• Notify us about fragile surfaces or pre-existing issues

4. Our Service Standards
We perform all services professionally using safe, industry-standard methods. We will notify clients of unexpected issues when possible.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service, notify us within 48 hours. We will return and re-clean affected areas at no additional cost. After 48 hours, the work is considered completed and satisfactory.

6. Weather Policy
Exterior services may be delayed or rescheduled due to heavy rain, lightning, or unsafe conditions. Light rain typically does not require rescheduling.

7. Damage and Liability
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage such as cracked windows, damaged screens, or deteriorating frames. If accidental damage occurs due to our actions, we will take responsibility in accordance with the law.

8. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payments: cash, debit, credit card, and e-transfer. Late payments may result in fees.

9. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Same-day cancellations may result in a fee up to 50 percent of the service cost. Failure to provide access may be treated as a cancellation.

You agree not to use our website for unlawful activity or copy/misuse any content.
